Location
The town of Bitti. Bitti is 500 meters above sea level, on the east coast of Sardinia, about 30 km from the Gulf of Orosei. It is an important town of Barbagia with a population of 3,700 covering more than 20 000 hectares. The area is rich in natural beauty. The Hotel is a short walk from the historic centre full of craftsman and local produce shops, which clearly show the features of an ancient culture. Thanks to the location of Su Lithu with easy access to the main highways it is possible to explore the splendid beaches as well as the beauty of the centre of Sardinia. The hotel is located at the “altopiano dei templi” along a scenic route around the village, easily reachable with little traffic Bitti is 50 minutes by car from Olbia, 40 minutes by car from San Teodoro and Siniscola and 30 minutes from Nuoro and Dorgali.
From Olbia
From the Olbia airport or from the Northern ports, you need to take the SS 131 (bis) heading towards Nuoro. Remain on this highway until you reach the Bitti Dorgali turnoff. Take this turnoff and continue on - the road will take you directly to the hotel.
From Nuoro
Simply follow the SS 131 (bis)towards Siniscola and then take the junction for Bitti Dorgali.
From Cagliari and Oristano
You need to follow the SS 131 to Abbasanta and then turn towards Nuoro on the SS 131 (bis). Remain on this highway until you reach the Bitti Dorgali turnoff. Take this turnoff and continue on - the road will take you directly to the hotel.
From Sassari
You need to take the road Ozieri-Pattada-Buddusò-Bitti.
